Phil Smith has worked in the building industry most of his life, starting in 1979 as a builder of pole barns and homes for Dutch Barn Supply in Hartville, Ohio. He established his own business in 1990 focusing on a hands-on approach to building that would allow him to build personal relationships with clients. This approach continues to be his priority, and you will find Phil at client meetings, providing estimates, and personally supervising each and every job he takes on.
